Using HTTPS plugin, but network solution ssl certificate is not compatible?

My host is network solution and I have SSL certificate for domain: http://www.dtsolarc.com
I followed some tutorial try to have SSL on the website, my failed, when I did that, the css file is not working, and also there’s no https for the site. The following is what I try:
1. Go to general, modify the http to https
2. Used HTTPS plugin. Modify http to https.
The result will look like this: http://www.dtesolar.ca/store/
All these methods are not working.
The wordpress theme I use is Etherna.
