   I'm developing a WordPress installation and custom theme for a client, and I'd like to make modifications as easy as possible for her. In particular, I was hoping that she could change the header image through the Administrations Panels, specifically "Header Image and Color" subpanel under Design.

   How do I set up a Theme to be compatible with this panel so that the image placed there can be changed with no fiddling with FTP or CSS?
