   I searched the forums (as best as the search feature works) but everything was older than 2.1. This codex article looks older than 2.1 and it's confusing too.

   So, what's the best way to take a new installation of WordPress and point its RSS feeds to a new Feedburner account?

   I'm using the OrderedList plugin (link in the article you referenced) v2.2 with no apparent issues.
