   I'm trying to setup a blog with dinamic menus, like this: . I'm a complete beginner in wp. I have been searched for plugins to do it, but i'm lost. ¿can you help me? ¿how to make dinamic menus like this and how to show big images on main page to links?

   No better example to show i'm a begineer than my post... ups... i did now known how to put link.
