Why don’t you use cForms to design a custom form for that? It’s a great and very powerful form generator plugin.

There also used to be an AskMe or FAQ plugin, but don’t know if it’s been updated to work with WP 5.1.

Excellent! I’m fairly new to WP so I wasn’t sure where to start… Thanks much! I’ll check out cForms…

I can’t live without that cForms plugin. Even if you know your way around HTML forms, you’ll LOVE how easy it is to turn out complex forms with it.

I have need for an simple “Ask-a-Question” form to reside on all pages in my blog, near the top above posts. Questions posted through this will be turned into new “Your Questions Answered” blog posts, where the blog moderator will answer select questions.
My thinking is to use the comments system somehow to capture and compile these questions. Has anyone done anything like this or can anyone point me to a simple solution?
Oh, and by the way, comments will be turned off by default for all posts 🙂
Thanks much!
Nate
