Contact Form 7 Modules

    Hi,

Contact form 7 and contact form 7 modules are amazing. There. I said it :-)

I am running a competition on a site i have built. A user chooses a post they like and submits their email address to enter.

Contact form 7 and contact form 7 modules collects the post title and email address and store this in the modules table in the DB.

I need users to only be able to use their email address once to enter. Therefore when the form is submitted it needs to check the DB for the email address and if it has been used before display a message.

Can anyone help me write the PHP to make this link? I am a front end guy and not too good with the server side stuff!

    Thank you for your help.

    Matt

That would likely be an integration with http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/contact-form-7-to-database-extension/ - I'd check that out first. Seems this thread may be what you want, and their solution isn't public.

Either way, I'm afraid it's not something the Modules plugin does.
