Hi All, I'm using WP-ContactForm on my blog, as well as CapCha! in my comments. Over the past couple of days I've been getting hammered with contact spam. While I'm thankful for the traffic to my humble blog, this isn't really the response I'm looking for. Anyone know how I could implement the CapCha! that my blog is already running on the contact form? I'm not sure if it would stop the mail I've been receiving, but it can't hurt.
Thanks,
Lenwood
Try installing Bad Behavior. Link in this anti-spam thread stickied at the top of the forums: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/72930
I'd had Ryan Duff's WP Contact Forum plugin installed. But lately I've been getting way too much spam.
Thanks, Sushubh. I've just installed the Secure Form Mailer plugin & it seems to be working great. There are a few confusing pts. in the installation process which I've outlined at this post:

But the main thing is stopping the spam & it seems to do that well (at least after one day of use).
