Using another shortcode as alt content

Just wondering if it’s possible to use another shortcode as the alt content for swfobj. It’s not working when I place the shortcode as so:
[swfobj src=”…”][complete_gallery id=”122″][/swfobj]Is there another way I might achieve this?
