Hi Im new to all this and still learning. I created a blog on wordpress.com, but i didn't like any of the available themes. I found the themes section of wordpress.org and was wondering if I'd be able to use any of those for the blog I created.

You do not install anything on wp.COM - you are not the owner of it.
