I want to put a link on a present blog post that will refer to a past post. I know it should be a link but can't understand the steps to make this happen. Any suggestions?

In a new post:
Visual mode: First highlight the text you want to be a link. Then select the icon to the right of the align text buttons, looks like an 8 taped in the middle, that's the link button. It will show you a list of previous posts on the bottom.
Just select the correct previous post and save.
For html mode, just click link and it will do the same thing. Hope this helps. :)
