• I find that my Contact Form 7 uses 43% of my Plugin Runtime and also causes some problems by using too much of the CPU on my Hosting which is on a shared hosting basis and I am allowed 25% CPU usage before they shut me off.

Has anyone else found this and has anyone any idea how it can be reduced. I use CF7 to develop and run application forms on a site I built for a charity and is therefore needed.

Last week my hosting account was effected so that I was prevented from accessing my Dashboard until I spoke to the comapny. One of the things they did was to deactivate all of my plugins which resuilted in total loss of data in the application forms of Contact Form 7 so I had to rebuild them. The code was there for example [contact-form-7 id=”5216″ title=”Accredited Member Application”] but when I accessed the form in CF7 there was no data.

Is there anyway to save all the data, off site, so I could just restore it if this happens again, I have backups but restoring them would only re-create the problems that casued my hosting company to take the action they did.

Full details of site available to anyone who can help please.
