    Hi,
    I am creating another page for my website but want that page to have a different theme than the theme used on the rest of the site. Is this possible? If so, how can I do this? Thank you very much.

    Thanks for the reply. I've looked at that link before but I must be getting confused by the lingo. This link seems to be talking about creating templates within the current activated theme. I have other themes I downloaded off the internet. How do I use one of those themes just for this one particular page? Thanks for your help!

    I don't believe you can run multiple themes......

    You can accomplish the same thing using Page Templates. If you just want a completely different them on 1 page, you can copy some of the items over from the theme you want to use and then use those elements for that page template.

    @brianfreytag somewhat

    if you call entirely separate headers, footer, sidebar, and match those pieces from the desired theme then good. Otherwise your themes header, footer, sidebar may interfere

    or you can capture all of that onto the new template

    But then you have to bring over all the css for these new elements from the theme.

    And finally you have to compare...if your new elements have names of your old elements, the css will get confused and unpredictable. Any conflicting elements will need to be renamed

    @brianfreytag & RVoodoo

    Much thanks to both of you for your help. I think you answered the question. It can't be accomplished directly. It seems like the only way to accomplish it is just manipulate the current active theme to match the theme I want to replicate. Thanks again!
