   I recently installed and configured a mutlisite network.

   I want new users, upon registration from a particular blog within the network, to be registered as a higher level user to the particular blog within the network, while then being a subscriber to the rest of the network.

   Yeah, you're gonna need a lot of custom work on that plugin.
