    Hi,

Since a few days back SlimStat is no longer keep records of my visitors. I know that I played with my W3 Total Cache plugin on the day it stopped records users. I use the latest version of both your plugin and W3 Cache.

You say that your plugin works with W3 Total Cache. And it seems that the plugin is localized automatically, is there a way of changing language to english without changing languages on my adminpanel?

I forgot to post the url:

I think I found the issue. I’ve minified my JavaScripts but not exluded the SlimStat-jsfile.

I’ll get back with result after my tests.

    EDIT: It works now. 🙂
For any others that might find them in the same situation, just add the URL to your wp-slimstat.js in the exclude settings for minifying javascripts in W3 Total Cache.

Thank you for a great plugin!

I will add a note to the FAQs. A vote for our plugin would be a nice way to say thank you

I was having the same problem and added wp-slimstat.js to the “Never minify the following JS files:” box under “Advanced” box under Settings, but I am very new to this and not tech savvy and may have done it wrong. I then deactivated the W3 Total Cache and my Slimstat is still not working.

At the same time I added the W3 Total Cache, I also upgraded to WordPress version 3.8. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Could I get some explicit step by step instructions for a fix (please keep in mind that I’m a complete novice)?

    Thank you!

Just go to SlimStat > Settings > General and save the options. Did you upgrade from an old version of SlimStat?

And please, avoid posting the same message multiple times, it’s not respectful of our time.

A review for SlimStat would be a nice way to say thank you.
