Users Must Choose Country when Shipping

    Hey guys, I just installed the latest update. The only thing is my users are forced to choose their Country when checking out. I only ship products to the USA and there’s a tiny little unlabeled drop-down box where they have to select USA.

    The user also must select a tiny radio button next to the shipping price before continuing to check out. I only have one shipping price/method and having them forced to select one option is something everyone overlooks.

    Is there anyway to turn off these features?

    If you have shipping enabled this is the intentional required functionality.

    It sounds like your theme was trying to force hide the shipping calculator. This is incorrect and unsupported.

    Previously this hack may have been possible but due to this a person could have selected one shipping location for a lower rate and then provide a shipping address that would have normally needed a higher shipping rate. Essentially scamming you out of the shipping fee.

    If you do not want to use a shipping calculator you would need to disable it from the shipping settings.
