Users cant register!

I have a problem… http://www.complexed.org
When you try to register, it just directs you back to the login page :(.
Any ideas on how to fix that?
Or is it just that the login and register pages look the same?
If so, is there a way I can bold the “register” link on the login page?
And is there a way I can make the register page look like a register page? I.e. Input a form that asks for
Login:
Password:
Email:
?
