User Variable Menu Items

Hi,

So I want to be able to create a menu item that will take the user to a page, based on there username. For Example:

You have a link saying My Profile. The link for every users profile is http://somesite.com/members/(username)

Is there a way to create a menu item say that it the user logged in user name is abc, it would be http://somesite.com/members/abc , or if the persons username is 5fy7hg it would take them to http://somesite.com/members/5fy7hg
