User updated info on password protected page

    I am creating a Visitation Ministry password protected page on our site. We are wanting the users to be able to indicate who they visited by entering their initials & the date they did the visitation and this information to be visible by all the users.
    Entering initials & date beside the person on the list is the only info they could enter.
    If this can be done how would I go about making it happen?

    I am not very WP literate.
