User specific address book

Hi all,

I’m currently looking for a plugin which would allow subscribers to create a personal address book which only they can view. So long as it collects the basic information: name, email and phone. The admin would have to be able to view all the address book entries for this project.

I did find http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/connections/ but it looks like everything that is entered is seen by all subscribers. You can set items to private but that hides it to everyone (including the subscriber who submitted it).

I hope someone can help out here and point me in the direction of a solution to this.
