   I am trying to set up a wordpress blog where random people can forward text messages and it will instantly publish on the blog.

   Is this possible?

   I use esendex to post to my blog, but their free service identifies your blog from your phone number, so wouldn't work with random people texting in. If you're willing to pay though, they probably offer a service that will work for you. You might need to have it so that your text messages get sent to an email address, and set up email posting on WordPress - that would work!
