   Using the Role Manager plugin, I used the tweak (wordpress trac ticket # 2301) to restrict page editing to the owner, but now the issue is that these restricted users can still create new pages. How can this be restricted? Thanks!

   I've written this this:
   http://www.magnifici6.it/alle_wp_plugins/restrict_create_pages/

   It works well with WP 2.1 and Role Manager (even if the Role Manager doesn't work well with WP 2.1).
