I like this plugin a lot but I thought that this plugin has the advantage that every user can add a placemark. But which role should one have to add a placemark because I tried in my website Author, Contributor and Subscriber and none of them could really add his placemark.
    Am I doing something wrong?

The plugin uses the same user roles as WordPress itself, so if a user can add a post they should be able to add a Placemark.

Can you explain what goes wrong when an Author/Contributor tries to add a placemark?

Ok I check it out, contributor, author and editor can add a placemark, you are right.
The user from iphone that was trying probably couldnt see the dashboard.
    Very good plugin.
Is there a way to go to 'add placemark' without getting into dashboard, like a button 'add new' in the actual page of the user?

There are some plugins out there that let users post from the front-end, but it's not something BGMP supports directly.

Would be a nice thing if a user could add a placemark without being registered in any way (subscriber, etc). Anyone knows a way of doing this? Thanks in advance!
