User registration per blog

Hi,

I need to allow users to register per blog and not be redirected to main blog. Every created sub blog have to have own registration and it have to be on simple wp-login.php registration page where users can register by just putting there name and email addresses.
This function was on somewhere before but i couldn`t find it now.
Let me know please how to do this or where can i find such tool.
