   Hello,

   I have a blog, http://www.binichic.com and I have a mailchimp widget installed and enabled so people can subscribe to the blog. The widget asks for their email only. However, I have gotten already many emails from WordPress in the same style as when people leave comments on the blog with the subject "[BiniChic | Mediterranean Lifestyle] New User Registration". In the email I find something like:

   New user registration on your site BiniChic | Mediterranean Lifestyle:

   Username: WillingStroop

   E-mail: john@clenbuterol.cc

   ----

   which I don't understand, since nowhere in my page is there a place to create a username. Can you please help me out? I've gotten several of these emails now (probably somewhere between 15 and 20) and don't know what's going on.. if they're trying to hack the website, they're worms, or what.
   Whenever I get a new subscriber it's always from Mailchimp, and not from WordPress -- this is why it seems strange to me.

   Hey there, BiniChic!

   In looking at the source code, it appears that you're using a third-party plugin for your site. In that case, your best bet would be to contact the developer for that specific plugin and they should be able to give you the expected workflow for new signups.
