I received 2 types of email notification to my personal mail box. When visitors signed up, it notifies me as new user registration. Also when visitors wrote a comment, it notifies me to moderate the comment (as I set it up). However, I don’t see the same notice from dash board, it only shows the one who made comments.
My question is where did those new user records go? Too many new users registrations don’t show up in my ‘follow me’ record either. Is it normal?
Will those new users get new post from my blog?
People sign up to ‘follow me’, I can see it on dash board, but those records weren’t sent to my mail box. New post will automatically send to ‘follow me’ user.
New user registration seems a common problem, was the problem solved or still trying to fix it?

    Hi there,

It really depends where users are “signing up”. Are the signing up as the “Subscriber” role from within WordPress ? Or are they signing up as Email Subscribers through Jetpack? You can check in your sites Users -> All Users menu item in the dashboard to see if you have folks signed up there. If you do, does it make sense for your site to have folks signing up? Do you want them to do anything on your site as members? If they are signing up there, they will not automatically get new posts through Jetpack’s Subscription module.

I set it up as ‘ Subscriber ‘ role. ‘Follow me’ works fine. User on dashboard shows user sign up for comments. New users signing up are not showing. The numbers of user signing up found inaccurate which is compared to my email notification. I see ‘follow me’ users on dash board, its emails didn’t image the users from email notification.
