Iam trying to upload a photo using the user photo wordpress plugin, but for some reason its not working.When i try to upload a photo, i get this following error message :
Upload error: The userphoto upload content directory does not exist and could not be created. Please ensure that you have write permissions for the '/userphoto' directory. Did you put slash at the beginning of the upload path in Misc. settings? It should be a path relative to the WordPress root directory. wp_upload_dir() returned:

so anyone has any idea on how to fix this problem?
Please help me with a way to get over this problem or recommend another good userphoto-like-plugin (if there is any).
