I installed the user photo plug-in. I'm seeing the settings in my User Profile and I've uploaded a photo; but it is not showing up when I comment on a post. I'm still seeing the placeholder.

According to their stated compatibility as well as user reports, this plug-in may not work with the latest version of WP, 3.2. What version are you using? http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-photo
Also - did you edit your theme files to use the template tags they specify in the instructions? Installing the plug-in alone isn't sufficient to get the avatars showing.

Posted 10 months ago #Thanks. I am using the latest version of wordpress, so I thought I'd give some feedback about my experience.
I have not edited the template tags as they describe; so that may be the issue. The instructions are too techie for me; I'm going to need to get some assistance to do that part. Thanks for your reply.
