   I currently created two user accounts for my site (www.thebigtimer.com) and the passwords that I created for them in the admin center do not work. I cannot login with the new userids/passwords. I get the red error message "incorrect password" every time. Any help would be great, this has be bugging me for a while.

   If you have phpmyadmin, you can reset them:

   unfortuneatly I do not have phpmyadmin...

   have you tried the lost password button where it emails you the info ?

   yes, and I cannot even log in using that password that they send me....

   I realized that I do have phpmyadmin and I followed the instructions above, however this did not work either.....this is nuts.
