   I posted this yesterday but don't see it.
   WorkPress was a part of my Webpage Host, Ipowerweb.
   I had not accessed WordPress for a few months and have forgotten the User Name.
   Admin does not work.
   I can access the WordPress files through and FTP but can find anything about user name.

   your login and password are stored inside the MySQL databse, just like everything else.

   To change your password, read and follow this:

   Your profile shows all your previous posts -- that way you can find an older one, and not repost the same thing again (an irritating and discouraged habit to pick up).

   How would I find and open the MySQL database to see what the user name is?
   Also I do not need to change the password.

   I had looked at it but just thought it was about changing passwords
   So I followed the directions most closely and found the user name.
   But it still doesn't work. Change the password and it still doesnt work, just getting the same error message

   I created another WordPress page and that one works.
