User Moderation

    I have TML set up for user moderation. Just recently, however, new users are automatically being set as subscribers and not pending. I’m getting the normal email about a new user needing approval, but when I attempt to moderate them I see that they’re already approved. I can work around this by setting the default WordPress role as pending if needed, but this is a bit of a pain. My site was recently migrated over from a dev server where everything was working just fine. I have the most recent version of TML and WordPress 3.8.
