User IP Ban

    Hello, I’m running WordPress MU, and I installed a really neat plug-in WP-Bans, but it doesn’t work on Multisite, if I ban from the main website it does not ban them from all of them. (All the Subfolders it doesn’t pick up and will allow the banned IP to view it)

    Is there a plug-in or anyway to specifically ban a users IP, and or IP range from accessing any of our website?

    Using WP, or any plugin, to block IPs from your website is the wrong way about it.

    Use your .htaccess directly.

    That said, IP bans are horribly ineffective, and can hurt real users.
