   Hey All,

   I've been searching for a couple of days now on a solution to something that I am trying to accomplish. I need to create a Video Gallery where the videos are uploaded by the site's users. There a few unique considerations that I'm having to think about also. After trying numerous plugins and modifying the crap out of them I I'd get get the community's opinion on a possible solution.

   - The player should allow registered users to upload videos.
   - The videos would preferably be converted into a flash player format.
   - A thumbnail will need to be generated so that I can display the video links in a gallery (think youtube) so I don't have to load 12 instances of a flash player.

   Thats some serious requirements, I know, but I'm running out of options. Time constraints prevent me from designing my own video plugin with this functionality.

   Any and all feedback / comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

   I would like to have the same thing with the difference that the files aren't on a local server but instead is served through Vimeo and other hosts.
