User-friendly drag and drop theme?

Hi!

I’m thinking of getting either Builder or Ultimatum because I need to make custom layouts for some pages. I can’t think of a better way to do this than with a drag and drop framework. Will either Ultimatum or Builder be good? I have Thesis 2 and I hate it. I’m looking for a theme that won’t take forever for me to learn and won’t require me to do a lot of coding. But I also want it to be novice-friendly. Your opinion, please?
