I do a clean installation of 0 and install WP-Members, then from the admin panel will add new user, but add all smooth fields WP-Members are not saved.
Thank you very much for your help.
Sorry for my bad English, is what leads me google transtalor of the Spanish.
Well I have found that from the admin panel fields wp-members are not saved yet if I record from a page by adding [wp-members page = “register”] if supplementing the record perfectly. You do works from the admin panel?
Gracais. A greeting.
There is an issue in 2.9.2 with the user profile and the Users > Add New screen. This will be patched in the 2.9.3 update, which is due out Monday. Or, you can roll back to 2.9.1 (the problem is specific to 2.9.2).
Where I can download the previous version in order to test?
Thank you very much.
A greeting.
Hello Chad Butler
I have same problem “User data not saved”
I have wp-members 2.9.3 and wordpress 3.9.1
I still have these kind of problems.
Got a country select list and checkboxes.
If the user tries to select a different country, no updates are saved (not in front end, not in back end). But it works with the checkboxes.
What is strange:
I’ve got another website, where I also have a list and checkboxes.
But there, the list updates, but the checkboxes don’t.
