User CSV List with Registered Domain on multisite

    I have a multisite install with three blogs, and I want to generate a CSV user list that displays which domain (blog) each user is registered in. The purpose of this is so the client can glance at the CSV list and see how many users are registered at which blogs. I see that information under the All Users link, in the column titled Sites, but nowhere else. Basically, I need the data displayed under All Users as a CSV file.

    I am running S2 member, as well as amr users and amr multisite.
