I wish to start a sound-file dump for my blog, and I was hoping that there was some kind of plugin that can handle it.
What I hope to do with it something like this, eg.
A registered user, adds to the file, by selecting and uploading it. They also select where it sits in the hierarchy. (eg. Stories > Fiction > Sci-fi). They also give it a brief description.
The plugin creates a new page for that .txt file, with the download link and description.
