User Avatar whith Theme My Login

    Hello, I installed the plugin Theme my login and the plugin User Avatar. My Login Theme created my profile in a front-end for editing user data. The fact is that if it appears the plugin User Avatar, but comes without css style and no script to open in a separate screen, any idea how to fix this?
