User automatically posts to their own category

I have only a few users right now who are writing on our blogs, and I wanted to know how I could add either all of their names (which would link to their blogs) on the front page…OR…add a category for each of their names that they could automatically post to.

I am very new to using WP, so any help is much appreciated.
