User Access to One Plugin Only??

I have a database setup on my website that I manage from my dashboard though the Participants Database plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/participants-database/). I am getting overwhelmed with keeping it up-to-date, so I want to get somebody else to help me. I don’t want to give them access to the entire dashboard though. Is there a way I can give them limited access to only that plugin?

I’ve found plugins that give limited access to users in different ways, such as no editing posts, no editing users, etc., but I really don’t want them to have access to ANYTHING else on the back-end, including other plugins.
