   Hi
   I have not start using WP yet. I want to know if I can create a web site that help users to write on their own personal forum, blog or archive. I want each user to be able to choose who to share their information with
   Is this possible with word press? Where can I get this information?

   Let me rephrase my quesion:
   Is it possible to find a plugin that gives users certain roll that enables them to post private blogs in my website?

   I want register users to be able to have a choice who to share their blogs with such as share with author, share with which user(s), and do not share at all.

   Please help me find if this is possible and how

   In case a user chooses not share their posts with anybody, I want their archived posts to be unseen even the from the author/admin himself.

   Pleaswe help me find if this is possible and how

   It sounds like you want to create a 'network' which WordPress makes fairly easy. Check out this page:

   You might also want to add BuddyPress, since you want to add some social features like sharing, find that here:
   http://buddypress.org/
   Since you haven't started using WordPress yet, I would find a cheap web hosting company and install WordPress so that you can play around with it. You can find recommended hosts here:
   http://wordpress.org/hosting/
   But there are many others too.
