I need to have some one working on my template, what is the best thing to do? Add this person as a user or create a user name for a guest and give the person the info?
What will be the proper role of the user on this case?

Safest bet:
Tell them to install XAMPP and WordPress on their local machine--give them a copy of your theme and let them do the development on their machine then have them send you the finished product.
