WordPress core handles plugin downloading and installing. That message indicates that the zip file it downloaded from wordpress.org was corrupt. That might be because your web hosting account is out of disk space, or because you had a networking glitch. If it happens every time, you should ask your web hosting company for support. Otherwise, just try again.
