    Hi

I’m having problems getting Simple Paypal Shopping Cart to recognise when an alternative language is selected with WPML.

My site’s primary language is English but also Dutch, Spanish and Portugese are available. The relevant language files from WordPress are installed and working OK. The Shopping Cart text/buttons etc always show English and don’t appear to recognise the language selected.

Maybe I’ve missed something out? I notice I have the WSPSC-es_ES.po/mo files in the plugin ./languages/ directory so at least Spanish should work.

You can see the site here: http://taalbrasil.nl/es/portugees-voor-zelfstudie/

    Any help appreciated
    Thanks
    Simon

Your other plugin(s) switch the language correctly? Just trying to make sure you don’t have a language switching issue for the plugins.

I can confirm that the translations I made by editing the .po files in the theme ./language/ directory are being used, so I guess that’s WPML switching language ‘correctly’. But if not, how can I check?

We will contact the WPML plugin developer and see what we can do to get this sorted.

    Same problem here,
my website use WPML and it is correctly working but your plugin has always English output!

Why this topic is marked as [resolved] even if not resolved?
I really hope in a rapid solution 😉

What language are you translating it to? Does the plugin have a .po and .mo file for the language in question?

When is swith the language to English, the checkout buttons do not change.

    Best!

    Hello everyone,

Same problem here using Polylang… mo files are available in plugin language folder… our default language here is Spanish (es_ES) with second one being English (en_US)…
The plugin will not switch language like each and every other plugins do.
Looking forward to a solution, and thank you so very much for this beautiful plugin.

    Best Regards..
