Use the search template for all archiving?

Hi.

I use categories and tags on my site, aswell as having plenty of searchable content.

Is there a way to get all search/clicked terms to be sent to the search template for being displayed?

ie when somebody clicks on #test, it goes to /?s=%23test rather than /?tag=test
