Support » Plugin: Allow PHP in Posts and Pages » use shortcode in Allow PHP

  • Hi !
    First sorry for my bad english…

    i’m using Allow PHP in Posts and Pages for my website and i use MemberShip Manager to manage members.

    In an post or page i can use the shortcode [member login] to customize posts. For example, i can write “Hello [member login] !” in back-end and in front i can see “Hello Brian !”

    I need to use the login of connected member in a snippet but i can’t do it.
    I like to put this code at the beginning of a snippet
    $login = [member login];
    but if i do it i have an error

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /homepages/29/d264815325/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/allow-php-in-posts-and-pages/allowphp.php(373) : eval()’d code on line 5

    thank you for your help !
