I've searched everywhere for 2 days and I couldn't find anything, so if you could somehow help me I would really appreciate it.
What I'm trying to do is this:
Use a page template to query a category's posts, display links to subcategories on that page and when I click on a subcategory link, display posts in the subcategory using the same page template.
Is that possible? If so can I get some advice on how to achieve this?
I want to use page templates in order to let the user choose from different layouts.
Hope I could explain what I am looking for.

Posted 1 year ago #Do you mean something like what this Isotherm theme does?
It creates pages by category and you may select what theme is for the pages , different from the main blog. Maybe you can use a custom page attribute or perhaps find a plugin that allows users to choose their own themes for your site. (I'm sure I saw one somewhere)
