    For a specific application in a WP site I was wondering if there is a way to use iSlidex to display the images associated with a page (the associated "gallery"). Is this possible, and if so, how would I go about it? Thanks for your help. Beautiful looking plugin!

    Because WordPress native gallery engine is not very developed yet, this could be tricky, but we will definitely look into it for the next release.
    Thank you for using iSlidex :)

    @Dukessa

    I have a category called 'ipad' and a single post with ipad information in that category.
    I have a subcategory called 'ipad photos' and a single post with all the images.
    Is it possible to have islidex on the 'ipad post' with the images from the 'ipad photos' displayed.
    I wish to override the category in the main settings using custom fields no the post. Is this possible - or should I find another plugin...
    Thanks.

    Right now iSlidex doesn't do Gallery type functionalities, such as the ones you need. However we intend implementing it in the next versions :)
    Unfortunately we can only work on iSlidex when we have some little time to dedicate to free development, and it's not much. Donations can be made from our official iSlidex page on our site and are appreciated to speed up iSlidex improvements!

    What about using the gallery web application to serve the images to be used in a word press web site?

    We will introduce iSlidex for pages soon (so not just categories anymore!), and possibly also for posts.
    So you might get that gallery for posts and pages after all :)
    Keep an eye on the next updates!
