   Should include the /piwik/js
   and not /piwik/piwik.js

   The code is delivered by Piwik itself and not created by WP-Piwik. If you want to add code changes manually, disable the wp_footer-functionality and add your own code.

   Workaround: Use mod_defalte to zip all javascript files.
