   I am not a blog-write or -reader.
   But I saw some WordPress-based sites (oxygen-icons.org) without a blog.

   I just a developer of a open-source project and want to create a simple website for it.

   Is WordPress for something like this?

   What is about a multi-language website? Does WordPress support me with it?

   Here's a list of sites using WordPress as a CMS that might give you some ideas:

   Plugins/Translation_and_Languages has some plugins that may answer you multi-language question.
