USA allowed to visit website frontend, but some USA clients can't view it

    Hello,

    I’ve set up the plugin to allow only 3 countries to be able to access the front end of my website, and the USA is one of them. But for some unknown reason, some USA clients can’t view the front end. I can view the website on my end from various computers at different locations, but some people here said they are blocked from visiting the website. (And they have USA IP addresses)

    Is this a side effect of the plugin?

    Hi Vanessa,

    The ip adresses of those visitors might not be registered to the USA in the Maxmind database. Or perhaps they used a VPN connection or proxy server outside the USA.

    This happens every now and then, especially with large multinationals or large internet service providers. They do not necessarily register their IP addresses to the country they are actually used.
